Accelerating Government Innovation with
Agile AI
pWind Labs™ anticipates our customers’ needs and uses intelligent design and transformative technology to pilot the solutions they will need for the future.
pWind™ is our innovation lab, where ideas move quickly from concept to mission-ready solutions. We built our labs to give federal agencies and commercial enterprises a proving ground for the emerging technologies they need most: tools that reduce complexity, accelerate delivery, and unlock new mission capabilities. pWind Labs™ provides research and development of advanced technology solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and emerging digital systems; prototyping and testing of software and hardware innovations; consulting services in the design and development of computer systems and algorithms for government and commercial applications.
From pWind Labs™ we have created pWind™ Case Agent that streamlines software creation, pWind™ FormForge for automating complex form workflows, and pWind™ Document Analyzer that transforms unstructured data into actionable insights. pWind Labs™ delivers practical AI solutions that help government teams work smarter, faster, and with greater impact.

Use Case - where we’re delivering
PingWind is thrilled to bring AI-driven solutions to VA with our award of work on the BIO program. By Veterans Day we will be putting forms online to speed claims for Veterans and bringing automation to improve claims filed with VA. This will enable faster processing and help further reduce the backlog. We’re excited for this great opportunity.

How is pWind Labs™ helping federal agencies stay ahead in a rapidly changing landscape?
-
In today’s ever evolving landscape, we all have to find ways that we can work together and find better, faster, and more transparent ways to get things done. Innovation isn’t just a nice to have anymore, it’s a must. At pWind Labs™, we are not just thinking about that future, we are building it with our partners. As agencies face these shifting priorities and new FAR updates, we aim to help them navigate what’s next whether it’s agile procurement, digital first contracting, or using data to make smarter decisions. We make sure the progress doesn’t stall. We’re not just here to support reform, we’re here to accelerate it. Everything we do is focused on impact, compliance, and using the latest tech to solve real world problems. From defense to civilian infrastructure, we help agencies work faster, think smarter, and operate with more transparency.

Recently you built some products for PingWind to demo to the VA, what was that like for you?
-
Normally when you are bound to a contract, you end up spending more time trying to build something that fits into the boxed requirements you are given rather than building a new innovative solution. Because I was given a need and asked how I would solve it, I was able to build things, break things, try again, scrap my entire solution and build something completely different and I didn’t have to stop and ask for permission. I was able to leverage new technologies, new code, new frameworks, and I was also given access to subject matter experts who worked directly on the front lines with the problems I was trying to solve. Instead of trying to interface through contract management they were able to tell me directly what the pain points were and because of that I feel like I was able to build the best products for the job.
