pWind Labs™
Our IT and Leadership team are excited to announce the launch of pWind Labs™ our innovation hub, where ideas rapidly advance from concept to mission-ready solutions. Under the leadership of our CTO, Luis Ibarra our skilled and dedicated IT team will utilize the lab to develop, test, and deliver practical AI tools that help government teams reduce friction, scale delivery, and modernize how services are delivered.
Some early examples of this in action include:
pWind™ Case Agent, which uses AI to reduce cycle time during claims development from days to minutes and applies automation to presumptive contentions to improve time efficiency and claim predictability. This tool also integrates with a secure messaging solution to enable rapid communication;
pWind™ Form Forge modernizes legacy paper-based forms that deliver a “TurboTax-like” user experience, rapidly and efficiently. This tool scans legacy forms (PDF) and creates HTML-code to convert paper to digital app and delivers AI-generated code as starting point for web-based application development; and
pWind™ Document Analyzer which delivers robust document processing and analysis capabilities over a scalable architecture. This tool ingests scanned files, images, PDFs, & Word docs extracting precise text and data and is able to detect document language to reveal hidden sentiment and receive translations in the language of your choice.
These are tools that think - and can be applied in almost any setting so government teams can keep their missions moving and the Department of Veteran Affairs has noticed. This past month PingWind was awarded a sole-source contract to deliver intelligent tools in support of VA’s drive for faster claims delivery. This critical work will help connect deserving Veterans to their disability benefits and fiduciary services—faster and more efficiently. We are grateful for the smart and innovative minds hard at work here at PingWind and are excited to share new ideas that come out of pWind Labs™ in the future.
