With over 35 years of experience in government contracting, human resources, and financial information systems, Jackie’s extensive knowledge, dedicated work ethic, and alignment to the PingWind mission makes her a standout leader and a great nominee for this award. 

Jackie's team members recognize her for consistently having an open door policy and being a caring and compassionate leader. She's known for embracing the PingWind cultural values of autonomy and empowering team members to take ownership of their work, providing support and feedback when needed. Jackie always puts PingWind first and goes above and beyond to get the job done, leading her team through the financial oversight and management of our Joint Ventures. She also enjoys connecting with her coworkers and sharing a laugh, believing in the necessity of Joy at Work.

This recognition designated for "Powerful Leaders Igniting Digital Transformation" is well-deserved, celebrating leaders who present with bold ideas, a commitment to innovation, and proven measurable impact in the areas of digital transformation and automation. Efe thrives on combining the fast-paced, high-pressure, and collaborative nature of proposals with innovative IT thought leadership to develop impactful business solutions. As a former educator with over 12 years of experience in government contracting, Efe has a passion for learning, building, teaching, and embracing the PingWind culture to ensure our solutions are continuously evolving to meet the needs of our federal customers. We're excited that Efe is being recognized for her leadership and contributions to the GovCon industry.
